The Pre-COP High Level Dialogue on Pakistan’s Roadmap for COP 28 was a landmark government conference held on 22nd November 2023, convened by the Ministry of Climate Change & Environmental Coordination in partnership with the National Disaster Risk Management Fund. Designed as a high-impact policy platform, the event brought together senior policymakers, climate finance experts, international diplomats, and development sector leaders to align national priorities ahead of COP28 in the UAE. The objective was to create a focused, credible environment where Pakistan’s climate roadmap could be discussed, refined, and presented with clarity.
The event was structured to support high-level dialogue through a formal conference setting, integrating keynote sessions, panel discussions, and strategic presentations. Every element, from stage design to audience layout, was planned to maintain a professional tone while enabling clear communication between speakers and attendees. Visual systems, branding, and technical setup were aligned to reinforce the importance of the subject matter without distracting from the discussions themselves.
Given the nature of the audience and the significance of the agenda, the experience demanded a balance between strict protocol and seamless execution. Attention to detail was critical across all touchpoints, ensuring that speaker transitions, session timing, and audience engagement remained smooth throughout the program. The result was a well-coordinated event that successfully delivered both substance and presentation, positioning the dialogue as a key milestone in Pakistan’s pre-COP engagement efforts.

Executing a high-level government dialogue of this scale required seamless coordination across every layer of event production. From the outset, our team worked to create an environment that matched the weight of the occasion: a grand ballroom venue dressed with formal roundtable arrangements, structured plenary seating, and a fully branded stage equipped with wide-format projection screens displaying Pakistan’s COP 28 positioning materials.
Branded exhibition standees and informational displays, including NDRMF financial disbursement highlights and climate resilience frameworks, were strategically positioned throughout the venue, giving delegates curated touchpoints beyond the main stage. The dignitary welcome protocol was handled with care, with formal bouquet presentations and coordinated reception ensuring every senior guest felt the significance of their presence acknowledged.
A dedicated media zone with camera crews covered the proceedings throughout, while our production team managed all AV transitions, screen content, and stage logistics without interruption. The result was a polished, authoritative event that gave Pakistan’s climate leadership the platform it deserved and sent a clear message to the international community ahead of COP 28.
